This and the Vietnam Robusta are my first foray into home roasting. Results? Supremely positive all around! My wife is taking a break from coffee for the time-being (in favor of black tea), but she loves the scent, and our teenage daughters have been enjoying this almost as much as I have been. I work nights. Coffee is THEE necessity. But, I have immediately come to enjoy the RYO process (no, I quit rolling my own a while back, and only enjoy my pipe now, thank you). As noted in the description, these are relatively mild, which is not a bad thing. Low acidity (I did that for my wife, so I'm hoping she'll get on board). For tonight's overnight shift, I will be brewing a Full City Roast+. Previously, it was a City (with a little +/- as I work on my process and skill). Maybe I'll check back in after that, if I'm able to update my review. Otherwise, I can recommended these beans based on my own experience.
