We ship from Brooklyn, NY.
We only ship within the continental United States.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please include a street address in your shipping address.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00. All other others are subject to a $10.95 shipping fee.
We use FedEx to ship our orders.
If you order 5 LBs of roasted coffee or 10 LBs of green coffee, your order will ship express.
Alternatively, you can email us and ask us to ship your order express in which case we will send you an invoice to cover the diference.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your tracking number and monitor your order’s delivery status.

American Roast is the default roast of the coffee bean. If you’d like the coffee beans to be roasted darker, you can choose a French Roast.
Yes, we offer samples for select products. Please contact us to discuss sample availability.
Yes, we offer private labeling for businesses interested in branding our coffee as their own. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Yes, we offer a rewards program that allows you to earn points with every purchase! Simply sign in to your account on our website before making a purchase, and you’ll automatically accumulate points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
