This is our first time roasting Guatemalan and we are sold. After some research we chose a mid city+ profile stopping short of the second crack. The notes of bittersweet cocoa and milk chocolate were quite profound from this coffee. You will also detect a natural creaminess of toffees with a balanced full body. I’m a fan of earthy Indonesians and syrupy Costa Ricans and this Guatemalan fits right in with these wonderful offerings. I will definitely recommend it to any Central American consumer as a premium plus coffee and wouldn’t change a thing with my profile choice.

I have bought this coffee 25 lbs at a time, several times. Always fantastic to roast and in the cup. This coffee is best with 23% development (approx. 2 minutes after start of first crack). Chocolatey caramel with a hint of fruit on the finish. This one is a winner! Our customers LOVE this coffee!
