Smooth and strong! I’ve roasted this at several different temperatures. So far they all taste great! Fabulous beans from a fabulous company!

Amild to medium coffee that is very good in taste.

We have fun roasting our own sometimes darker and sometimes undrinkable. Most often we have Java bean roast it and it always drinks better.

The amaretto coffee flavor has the richest flavor and being finely ground helps it to brew magnificently.
