Vietnam Robusta roasted coffee beans are grown in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, the world’s largest producer of Robusta coffee. Known for their strength, dense body, and high caffeine content, these beans deliver a bold cup with low acidity and a powerful structure. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, roasted nuts, cocoa bitterness, and earthy undertones with a lingering, slightly smoky finish. The result is a heavy, full-bodied coffee that stands out in both straight espresso and blended applications.

These beans undergo an additional mechanical cleaning step known as polishing, where residual silver skin is gently removed after milling. This process creates a cleaner bean appearance, reduces chaff during roasting, and promotes more consistent roast development. Vietnam Robusta performs exceptionally well at medium-dark to dark roast levels, producing thick crema in espresso, strong structure in blends, and excellent depth in milk-based drinks.
