Delicious Coffee
I tried roasting these on the lighter side as many recommended. The cleanliness of the beans was fantastic. I had almost zero chaff. The flavors are nice, but very light. This is great for people who don't love bold coffee flavor, but for me, it was too light. I went back to caffeinated, but will try to blend this in with my other beans since it just doesn't have that flavor punch. It does have the light notes of a typical chocolate brazillian coffee and goes well in heavy cream with stevia for a light coffee dessert flavor.

Found this Decaf to be very smooth and flavorful after leaning to roast it . I found that lower roast temp to 1st crack then lowering the temp further for a little longer produces more flavor and a lot less acidy taste. Decafs are easy to ruin by over roasting or too high of temps.
As always your decaf coffee is wonderful. I love the Swiss water processed decaf because it tastes like regular coffee. No nasty aftertaste or chemical overtones. The Brazil SWP decaf is my favorite.
