Coffee Features
Our unroasted Venezuelan coffee comes from smallholder, shade-grown mountain farms in the high elevations of the Venezuelan Andes, where coffee is cultivated at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,800 MASL. This specialty grade Arabica is carefully processed using the traditional Lavado Fino washed method, helping bring out the coffee’s clarity, balance, and clean character.
The cup profile features rich notes of chocolate and caramel sweetness, complemented by gentle citrus brightness and a smooth finish. The combination of shade-grown cultivation, mountain climate, and careful processing creates a well-rounded coffee that reflects the depth and tradition of Venezuelan Andes coffee production.
