Sometimes I have gotten a flavor or roast that weren’t that great, that’s not really Java Bean’s fault. Sometimes my personal preferences for flavor or roasting level when I purchased a new coffee to try wasn’t met. I just don’t buy it again, but majority of my purchases have been excellent.
The only other hiccup was that I sent a couple of emails about earning enough points for a discount. I couldn’t get the discount added when I made a purchase and sent an email regarding my issue. They may not do this anymore and I wasn’t aware. I never received a reply, but have had responses on all other emails sent. My overall impression is that Java Bean Plus has hard working folks and run a top notch business.
