Our current lot is a washed coffee from Tarrazú, one of Costa Rica's most respected growing regions. The country’s distinctive growing conditions and careful attention to quality produce coffees known for their clarity, balanced sweetness, and vibrant character.
The cup opens with an aromatic lift of orange blossom, cocoa, and cane sugar, leading into layered notes of honey, milk chocolate, and bright citrus reminiscent of orange and mandarin, with hints of red apple. Its silky medium body carries a lively citrus-forward acidity into a clean, sweet finish with lingering cocoa. Carefully roasted to highlight balance and transparency, this coffee captures the elegance, sweetness, and vibrant character that Costa Rican coffees are known for.
