Premium, great tasting unroasted Swiss Water Decaf Brazil green coffee beans at wholesale prices. Brazil’s tropical climate sustains the Amazon rainforest and nurtures these coffee beans as they develop into aromatic gems. They are grown at middle altitudes of 2,000 to 4,000 feet, making them less acidic than many other Central and South American coffee beans from higher altitudes. These coffee beans make a smooth-tasting, full-bodied cup of coffee. These Brazil coffee beans have a slightly mild profile of flavors and you will experience a pleasant, creamy sensation as you sip your coffee. You may detect notes of chocolate with an earthy undertone.
The Swiss Water® Process uses water from the pristine environment of the coast mountains of British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean’s distinctive origin and flavor characteristics.
Green Coffee - Swiss Water® Decaf Brazil Coffee Beans
Found this Decaf to be very smooth and flavorful after leaning to roast it . I found that lower roast temp to 1st crack then lowering the temp further for a little longer produces more flavor and a lot less acidy taste. Decafs are easy to ruin by over roasting or too high of temps.
As always your decaf coffee is wonderful. I love the Swiss water processed decaf because it tastes like regular coffee. No nasty aftertaste or chemical overtones. The Brazil SWP decaf is my favorite.
